At Little Wings, we believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and inclusive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Our core values are rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that each child is unique and full of potential. We are committed to developmentally appropriate practices that support the whole child — socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
We value strong relationships with families and recognize the power of partnership. We foster a “village” approach to child-rearing, building a close-knit community that nurtures connection, confidence, and collaboration. Through structure, intentional learning, and heartfelt care, we strive to create a place where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated.
At Little Wings, our team is our greatest strength. We maintain high standards for hiring and retaining staff who are not only qualified, but genuinely passionate about early childhood education. All lead teachers hold relevant degrees or certifications in early childhood education, and we prioritize continuing education to stay current with best practices in the field.
Our staff is trained in developmentally appropriate practice, positive guidance strategies, inclusive education, and health and safety protocols. We maintain low child-to-staff ratios to ensure personalized attention and meaningful interactions. Above all, every member of our team is committed to fostering a warm, respectful, and structured environment where children feel secure, inspired, and empowered to grow.

My name is Dany’el, and I’m honored to serve as the Director of Little Wings Childcare and Learning Center. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and bring over 28 years of hands-on experience in the field — including the last 5 years proudly leading this center.
As a mom of three, including a child with special needs, I deeply understand the importance of trust, compassion, and tailored care. These values guide everything we do here.
At Little Wings, we provide more than just child care — we create a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels safe, seen, and supported. We implement developmentally appropriate practices designed to meet children where they are, helping them grow confidently at their own pace.
We also believe in the power of community. It truly takes a village to raise a child, and we are honored to be a part of yours. By working closely with families, we create a warm, inclusive space where children thrive and lifelong learning begins.
Thank you for visiting — I look forward to welcoming you into our family.

Meet Our Assistant Director – Brittany Hopkins
Hi, I’m Brittany, and I’m honored to serve as the Assistant Director here at Little Wings Learning Center. With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, I’m passionate about blending strong organizational leadership with compassionate, child-centered care. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, explore, and thrive—and I’m proud to help create that space every day at Little Wings.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of daycare settings, developing a deep understanding of structured routines, age-appropriate learning, and positive behavior support. I’ve seen firsthand how important consistency, communication, and warmth are in a child’s early years, and I bring that perspective into everything I do—from supporting our amazing staff to working closely with families.
Outside of my professional role, I’m a proud step and foster mom to three incredible children. My experiences as a parent have shaped the way I view early childhood care—not just from the lens of an educator, but from that of a caregiver navigating the joys and challenges of raising kids. It’s helped me become more empathetic, more patient, and even more committed to creating inclusive spaces where every child and family feels welcome.
At Little Wings, I focus on team support, curriculum development, and ensuring our center operates smoothly so our educators can focus on what matters most—caring for and teaching your children. I truly love what I do, and I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful and supportive community.
Thank you for trusting us with your little ones. I look forward to growing alongside you and your children!
